I left the veggie patch unattended for four weeks, and ended up with this impractically large Zucchini! We’ve yet to figure out how to cook it.

Our single smallish plant produced four of these huge zucchinis, equally placed around the central stem. That’s on top of the four regular sized zucchinis that I had already picked in late November.
